What LineupScout is
An independent fan guide that helps you discover acts on publicly announced festival lineups. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any festival, promoter, venue, or artist. Festival and artist names appear only to identify public lineups. Tickets are sold exclusively by each festival's official outlets — we never sell tickets.
Free today, and evolving
LineupScout's core discovery features are free, and our intent is to keep them that way. As the platform grows we may add paid or sponsored features — for example, tools for artists and festivals, or clearly labeled promoted placements. If content is sponsored or promoted, it will be identifiable as such; our recommendations themselves are never secretly paid for.
Your account
Keep your account info accurate, and one account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users. You can delete your account anytime by emailing help@lineupscout.app.
Accuracy
Lineups, dates, and set times change; recommendations are automated suggestions and descriptions may contain mistakes. Verify details with the festival before buying tickets or building your weekend around a set. If you spot an error, tell us at help@lineupscout.app and we'll fix it.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service — no scraping at volume, automated hammering of the recommendation engine, or attempts to access other people's accounts. We may rate-limit or block traffic that threatens the service's availability for everyone else.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect, and continuing to use LineupScout after changes are posted means you accept them.
The legal bits
The service is provided as-is, without warranties; use it at your own risk. We may change or discontinue features at any time. If you're a rights holder with a concern, contact help@lineupscout.app and we'll respond quickly and in good faith.
