Austin City Limits turns 25 in 2026, and the format that made it famous is intact: two October weekends in Zilker Park with the Austin skyline across the water, most of the lineup playing both weekends, and a bill that runs from pop's biggest names to the songwriter circuit the city is built on. The 131-act lineup leans wide rather than niche: Charli xcx and Lorde next to Kings of Leon and Twenty One Pilots, a heavyweight dance undercard, and a Texas streak that keeps Zilker feeling like Austin instead of Anywhere Festival, USA.
