Unhinged Brooklyn art-rock — yelping, swaggering, and critically adored, like the Stones reassembled by art students mid-fever.

Geese came together in Brooklyn while its members were still at school, recording early material at home before signing to Partisan and releasing the debut album Projector in 2021. Fronted by singer Cameron Winter, the band followed it with 3D Country in 2023, a looser and more expansive record that drew on country, gospel and classic rock alongside their post-punk starting point.

Winter's vocals — yelped, drawled and often theatrical — are the group's most recognisable feature, set against tangled guitar interplay and shifting rhythms. He has also released solo work. Geese have built much of their reputation on live performance, where the songs tend to stretch and unravel.
