Progressive psytrance with a deep, patient groove — closer to a slow tide than a peak.

Perfect Stranger is the project of Israeli producer Yuli Fershtat, working at the progressive end of psytrance. The sound favours long, gradually unfolding arrangements over the genre's faster and more aggressive strains: rolling basslines, restrained melodic detail and slow shifts in texture rather than sudden drops. Fershtat has been a regular presence on the progressive trance circuit since the 2000s.
