Two uplifting-trance heavyweights back to back, both known for going harder than the label suggests.

Darren Porter is a Northern Irish producer whose work sits at the loud, driving end of uplifting trance, and much of it has appeared through Future Sound of Egypt and its associated labels. His tracks tend to pair long, melodic breakdowns with unusually aggressive drums and basslines, which is why his name comes up as often in tech-trance sets as in classic uplifting ones.

Sean Tyas is an American producer and DJ who broke through with the single "Lift" in the mid-2000s and went on to run his own imprint, Tytanium Recordings. His productions and remixes are known for their heavy low end and rolling, percussive energy, and he has spent much of his career based in Europe. Paired back to back, the two share a taste for trance at high tempo and high pressure.
