Icon For Hire is an American rock band formed in Illinois in 2007, built around vocalist Ariel Bloomer and guitarist Shawn Jump. Their music combines alternative rock and pop-punk structures with electronic production, big choruses and lyrics that address mental health, self-doubt and personal struggle directly.

The band released early albums through Tooth & Nail Records before parting ways with the label and moving to an independent, crowdfunded model, financing subsequent records through direct support from their audience.
