Los Fastidios
Italian antifascist oi! and ska with three decades of unambiguous politics behind it — terrace anthems for the right side of history.
Los Fastidios formed in Verona, Italy, in 1991 and have been a fixture of the European antifascist punk scene ever since. Their music combines oi! with ska and street punk — shouted gang choruses, simple chord progressions, occasional horns — and their lyrics deal directly with antifascism, anti-racism and football terrace culture, sung in Italian, English and Spanish. The band has toured extensively across Europe and Latin America, largely through squats, social centres and independent promoters, and is closely associated with the wider Rash and antifascist skinhead network.
