Home Front is a duo from Edmonton, Alberta, made up of Graeme MacKinnon and Clint Frazier, both of whom have played in other Canadian punk and hardcore bands. Their records combine the blunt, chanted choruses of oi! with synthesisers, drum machines and the widescreen production associated with 1980s British new wave and post-punk.

The result sits between styles that rarely meet: street-punk delivery and vocal cadence over glossy keyboard hooks. They have released EPs and an album through independent punk labels, and the pairing of the two traditions has become the band's defining characteristic.
