Luke Bryan is a country singer from Leesburg, Georgia, who moved to Nashville as a songwriter before signing as an artist with Capitol Nashville. His records lean toward up-tempo, radio-oriented country with pop and rock production, and he has been one of the format's most consistent hitmakers, with singles including 'Country Girl (Shake It for Me)' and 'Play It Again'.
He built much of his early following through his Spring Break EP series and his Farm Tour, which plays fields in rural communities. He has also spent years as a judge on American Idol.
