Three days on the sand at Doheny State Beach, a capacity small enough that the ocean is genuinely part of the experience, and a lineup that refuses to pick a lane — Maná and Billy Idol on Friday, Tyler Childers and Alabama Shakes on Saturday, Pearl Jam closing Sunday with Fontaines D.C. and Pixies underneath.
