DJ Harvey is a British DJ and producer, born in Cambridge, whose career reaches back to the UK club scene of the 1980s. He first drew attention through his residency at London's Ministry of Sound and through the Tonka Sound System, and later relocated to the United States, where he became a fixture in Los Angeles.

His approach is rooted in disco, boogie, Balearic and house records, played in long sets that move slowly between tempos and moods rather than building to obvious peaks. He has also recorded with the band Locussolus, and his edits and remixes have circulated widely among disco-oriented DJs.
