Drain Gang's melodic centre — auto-tuned, weightless rap that turned a Stockholm in-joke into an international aesthetic.

Thaiboy Digital is a Thai rapper who came up in Stockholm as part of Drain Gang, the loose collective built around Bladee, Ecco2k and producer Whitearmor, with ties to Yung Lean's circle. His vocals are heavily processed, sung more often than rapped, and set against airy, trap-derived production that trades bass weight for reverb and texture.

Visa problems forced a period back in Thailand, and much of his early work was made at a distance from his collaborators before he returned to Sweden. His debut album, Legendary Member, arrived in 2019 through YEAR0001, and his voice remains a recurring presence across the wider Drain Gang catalogue.
