New Zealand duo working the deep, sub-heavy end of dubstep — sound-system music, not festival music, and better for it.

Truth are a New Zealand production duo working in dubstep since 2007. Their tracks favour the genre's darker, more spacious tendencies: long sub-bass tones, sparse percussion and a heavy emphasis on low-end weight designed for large sound systems rather than for peak-time impact. They have released widely across dubstep labels and run their own imprint, and remain among the better-known acts to emerge from New Zealand's bass-music scene.
