DJ Snake is the stage name of William Grigahcine, a French producer and DJ of Algerian descent who grew up outside Paris. He first drew wide attention through production work for Lady Gaga before breaking through as an artist with singles including "Turn Down for What" with Lil Jon and "Lean On", credited to Major Lazer and DJ Snake with MØ.
