Ferry Corsten's three decades of trance beside Marsh's warmer, slower-burning progressive end.

A pairing of two generations of dance music. Ferry Corsten is a Dutch producer and DJ who came up in the late 1990s trance scene, working under aliases including System F, Moonman and Gouryella, and hosting a long-running radio show. His records tend toward the melodic, uplifting end of trance, built around big, sustained lead lines.

Marsh is a British producer associated with Anjunadeep, working in a slower and more patient register — long, unhurried progressive house that favours texture and gradual builds over immediate payoff. Together the two DJs meet somewhere between those approaches, with Corsten's euphoria tempered by Marsh's deeper, more restrained pacing.
