Welded hardcore punk and metal onto hard dance — screamed vocals over hardstyle kicks, and a live show built around the collision.

Kayzo is Hayden Capuozzo, a producer and DJ based in Los Angeles. He works across hardstyle, dubstep and hard dance, and is known for pulling hardcore punk and metal into that framework, using screamed and shouted vocals, guitar riffs and breakdowns alongside heavy kicks.

He runs the label Welcome Records, which releases much of his own output and that of like-minded producers, and has recorded with vocalists and bands from the rock and metalcore world. His live shows lean toward the aggressive end of the bass and hard dance spectrum.
