Old Dominion is a five-piece Nashville country band made up of singer Matthew Ramsey, guitarist Brad Tursi, keyboardist and guitarist Trevor Rosen, bassist Geoff Sprung and drummer Whit Sellers. Several members came up through Virginia before meeting in Nashville, where they worked as staff writers, and the band's own records carry that background: conversational, punchline-aware lyrics set to bright, mid-tempo arrangements that lean as much on pop and soft-rock structures as on traditional country instrumentation. Singles including "Break Up with Him," "Snapback" and "One Man Band" established them at country radio, and they have been repeatedly named group of the year by the CMA and ACM.
