Red Axes are an Israeli duo from Tel Aviv, made up of Dori Sadovnik and Niv Arzi. Their music sits between dance floor electronics and post-punk, with guitars, live percussion and vocals worked into tracks that owe as much to new wave and krautrock as to house or techno. They have released on labels including Crosstown Rebels and Dark Entries, and are known for performing live rather than only DJing.
