Nashville bass producer who went from SoundCloud uploads to main stages in about two years — melodic, heavy, very online.

Tape B is an American producer and DJ working in the current wave of US bass music, a scene centred on dubstep, riddim and trap-derived club styles. His tracks tend to pair melodic, synth-led introductions with half-time drops and heavy low-end, and his sets lean on his own edits and flips of familiar pop, hip-hop and R&B material alongside original productions. The project takes its visual identity from cassette-tape imagery, and much of its early audience was built through free online releases and remixes rather than conventional label campaigns.
