One of American dance music's steadiest hands — two decades of melodic, unapologetically emotional progressive house, from blog-era classics to stadium residencies.

Kaskade is Ryan Raddon, a producer and DJ born in Chicago and long based in California. He came up through Om Records in the early 2000s making deep and progressive house, then shifted toward the bigger, more melodic sound that carried him into American festival headline slots as dance music expanded there in the late 2000s.

He is known for tracks including "Atmosphere" and "I Remember," the latter made with deadmau5, a collaboration the pair later revived under the name Kx5. His sets lean on vocal-led, emotionally direct house rather than hard drops, and he has played large-scale arena and stadium shows in Los Angeles and elsewhere.
