Dubfire and Sharam's Grammy-winning partnership — the sound of American progressive house at its late-'90s peak, reunited and undimmed, marathon sets included.

Deep Dish is the duo of Ali "Dubfire" Shirazinia and Sharam Tayebi, two Iranian-American producers who met in Washington, DC and began releasing records in the early 1990s, later running their own Yoshitoshi label. Their productions and remixes helped define a strain of progressive house that was lush, long-form and vocal-friendly, and they won a Grammy for their remix of Dido's "Thank You."

The pair also released original albums including Junk Science and George Is On, and had a UK hit with "Flashdance." They went their separate ways in the mid-2000s — Dubfire toward stripped-back techno, Sharam toward his own productions — before reuniting to perform together again.
