Ben Böhmer is a German producer, DJ and live performer based in Berlin. He works in melodic and progressive house, building tracks from layered synthesiser pads, piano figures and restrained, mid-tempo rhythms, and has released albums including "Breathing" and "Begin Again" through Anjunadeep. His live show uses hardware and keyboards rather than a conventional DJ setup.
He became widely known beyond the melodic house audience through a filmed performance for Cercle staged in a hot-air balloon over Cappadocia, which has been viewed many millions of times online.
