Swiss duo trading in long, patient melodic house — sets structured like weather systems rather than setlists, building pressure for an hour before finally letting it break.

Adriatique is the Swiss duo of Adrian Shala and Adrian Schweizer, who began working together in Zurich in the late 2000s. Their music sits between deep house, melodic techno and electronica, favouring extended arrangements, sustained chords and slow harmonic movement over sharp changes.

The pair have released on labels including Diynamic and Afterlife, and run their own imprint, Siamese. Their DJ sets follow a similar logic to the productions, working through long stretches of atmosphere and gradually accumulating intensity, and are often presented alongside large-scale lighting and stage design.
