Keinemusik co-founder whose polished, Afro-tinged melodic house helped turn the Berlin label into a global brand — warm, percussive, and engineered for golden-hour sets.

Adam Port was born Adam Polaszek on 25 August 1979. He came up through hardcore punk before moving into hip-hop, then turntablism and DJing, a route that eventually led him to techno and house music and, later, to Berlin, where he built his career as a resident DJ in the city's clubs.

In 2009 he founded Keinemusik with Rampa, &Me, Reznik and Monja Gentschow, a collective and label that paired house and techno records with its own visual identity and self-run events. Active since the late 2000s, the group became known for members sharing a booth in extended back-to-back sets.

Port's productions lean on rolling percussion, dubbed-out basslines and restrained melodic motifs, blending house with elements of African music alongside jazz, soul and funk. The result sits between deep house and a warmer, more song-oriented style, made both solo and collectively with his Keinemusik partners.

He has played at Coachella, Circoloco, Lost Village, Burning Man, Tomorrowland and Time Warp. In 2024 he had a breakout moment with the single "Move", featuring Stryv, Keinemusik, Orso and Malachiii, which spread widely on TikTok and Spotify before being re-released with additional artists including Camila Cabello.
