Annahstasia, born Annahstasia Enuke, is an American singer and songwriter from Los Angeles who works in folk and soul. She sings in a low contralto, usually over sparse acoustic guitar, with arrangements that leave a good deal of space around the voice.
Her songs are unhurried, built on repetition and restraint rather than dynamic build. She performs frequently in quiet, close-listening settings, letting the material sit rather than pushing it toward a climax.
She released her debut EP, Revival, in 2023, followed by a second EP, Surface Tension, in 2024. Her debut album, Tether, came out in 2025 and drew wide critical notice, including a Best New Music designation from Pitchfork.
In March 2026 she released a live album, Live at Glasshaus, gathering thirteen renditions of songs from across her catalog, put out by the Brooklyn label and film studio Glasshaus and produced by Jarrett Wetherell. She also appeared on screen, playing Kendrick Lamar's love interest in the music video for his and SZA's song "Luther".
