Don Toliver is a rapper and singer from Houston, Texas, born in 1994. He was signed to Travis Scott's Cactus Jack label and reached a wide audience through his appearance on "Can't Say" from Scott's Astroworld, followed by his own single "No Idea". His approach leans more on melody than on rapping in the conventional sense, using heavily processed vocals over trap production with a psychedelic, slurred quality.
