She built an audience through regional singles before breaking through with "Pound Town," produced by Tay Keith, and followed it with "SkeeYee" and the mixtape Hood Hottest Princess. Her style is direct and conversational, delivered in a raspy, unpolished voice over sparse trap and Midwest club production, with hooks built from short repeated chants. The lyrics are explicit and often comic, and much of her reach has come from short-form video, where individual lines circulate well beyond the songs themselves. She has recorded with Drake and Nicki Minaj, among others.
