Headstone Horrors are a horror punk band from Nottingham, active since 2012. They work the well-established seam of punk built around B-movie imagery — graveyards, monsters and pulp horror iconography — played fast and with plenty of room for crowd participation. The group is fronted by a female vocalist, which sets them somewhat apart in a subgenre historically dominated by Misfits-style male howling, and their songs lean on singalong choruses rather than menace.
