Sigma are a British drum and bass production duo formed in Leeds by Cameron Edwards and Joe Lenzie, who met while at university there. They began releasing on drum and bass labels before moving toward a more vocal-led, radio-oriented sound.
The pair reached a wide audience with "Nobody to Love", which built a drum and bass arrangement around a Kanye West-associated vocal hook, and followed it with further vocal collaborations. Their material sits at the liquid end of the genre, pairing melodic songwriting and guest singers with the tempo and breakbeat structure of drum and bass.
