Two decades of British drum-and-bass that keeps crossing into the charts without ever softening the low end — scene elders who never stopped moving with it.

Chase & Status are Saul Milton and Will Kennard, a British production duo who met in Manchester and built their reputation in London's drum and bass scene from the mid-2000s. Their records combine breakbeat pressure with elements of dubstep, garage, grime and pop songwriting, and they have worked with a long list of MCs and vocalists across their albums. Alongside dancefloor tracks aimed at the rave, they have produced material that crossed into the UK singles chart, and both members remain active as producers for other artists. They perform both as a DJ duo and with a live band configuration.
