Pluko is the recording name of Sam Martinsen, an American electronic producer from Virginia who began releasing tracks online as a teenager. His music sits in the melodic, texture-heavy end of bass-oriented electronica, using layered synth pads, chopped vocal samples and detailed percussion in arrangements that lean more toward listening than club use.

He built an early following through streaming and online sharing before moving into live performance, and has released material through Foreign Family Collective, the label run by ODESZA.
