grandson is Jordan Benjamin, a musician born in New Jersey and raised in Toronto. His music combines alternative rock and grunge guitar with hip-hop production, trap-influenced drum programming and blues inflections, and his lyrics deal openly with political and social subjects — gun control, addiction, inequality and disillusionment among them.

He has been active as an activist alongside the music, and his live shows are built around the same confrontational energy as the records. He has collaborated across rock and electronic circles and contributed to soundtrack projects.
