Seth Troxler grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and came up through the Detroit area's dance music scene before relocating to Berlin, where he became a fixture of the city's club circuit and a regular in Ibiza. He works largely as a DJ, playing long sets that pull from house, minimal, tech house and disco, and he has released productions of his own alongside collaborative projects with peers from the same Michigan circle. Troxler is also known for speaking bluntly about the dance music industry in interviews, and for interests outside music including barbecue and food ventures.
