Odd Mob is the project of Australian producer and DJ Harry Bloomfield, based in Brisbane and active since around 2014. The work sits in house and tech house, built around heavy low-end, straightforward club rhythms and edits of familiar material designed for large outdoor sound systems.
Bloomfield has collaborated regularly with fellow Australian producer OMNOM, and the pair perform together under the HYPERBEAM name. Odd Mob's releases have circulated widely through dance labels and DJ sets, and the project has become a fixture of the Australian club and festival scene.
