The Beaches are a rock band from Toronto, formed in 2010, made up of sisters Jordan and Kylie Miller alongside Leandra Earl and Eliza Enman-McDaniel. The four have played together since they were teenagers, and their music runs from garage-leaning rock to sharper pop-rock, built on guitar hooks and vocal harmonies. The 2023 single "Blame Brett" became a breakout, drawing a much larger international audience to a band that had already spent more than a decade touring. Their songs frequently deal with breakups and dating with a wry, unsentimental sense of humour.
