Tynan is an American bass music producer, originally from Oklahoma City and later based in Los Angeles. His output sits at the heavier end of US dubstep, built on the repetitive, mid-range-driven patterns associated with riddim, alongside slower trap-tempo material. The emphasis falls on rhythm and space rather than melody: sparse arrangements, sharply cut basslines and drops that lean on abrupt gaps as much as on volume. His DJ sets follow the same logic, favouring stripped-back, percussive tracks over big builds.
