She Wants Revenge is the duo of Justin Warfield and Adam Bravin, formed in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles in the early 2000s. Warfield delivers his lyrics in a flat, spoken-sung baritone over programmed drums and clean, chorused guitar lines, a sound openly indebted to Joy Division, Interpol and early-1980s darkwave.
Their self-titled debut arrived in 2005 and produced "Tear You Apart," which became the band's signature song and has been used in film and television since. Further albums followed, and the duo has reunited periodically for touring after a hiatus.
