Megan Moroney is a country singer and songwriter from Douglasville, Georgia. She began performing while studying at the University of Georgia and broke through in 2022 with "Tennessee Orange", a song whose central conceit turned on college football rivalry as a stand-in for romantic betrayal.

Her debut album Lucky followed in 2023 and Am I Okay? in 2024. The writing tends toward wry, conversational detail about relationships, delivered in a light Southern drawl over arrangements that keep steel guitar and acoustic textures near the front. She co-writes much of her own material, and has become one of the more prominent women on contemporary country radio.
