Terror is a hardcore band formed in Los Angeles in 2002, fronted by Scott Vogel, previously of Buried Alive and Despair. The group plays a direct, mid-tempo strain of hardcore built on breakdowns, gang vocals and short songs, drawing on the New York and Cleveland traditions rather than melodic or metallic variants. Albums including Lowest of the Low, One with the Underdogs and Keepers of the Faith established them as a fixture of the international hardcore circuit, and the band has toured almost continuously through numerous lineup changes around Vogel.
