ANNA is a Brazilian DJ and producer, born Ana Miranda, who grew up in São Paulo and began DJing as a teenager before moving into production. She has released on labels associated with the melodic end of contemporary techno and works regularly across Europe as well as South America.
Her tracks pair driving, club-oriented rhythm sections with long melodic lines and slowly unfolding arrangements, and she carries the same balance into her DJ sets, which tend toward extended builds rather than quick turnover.
