Lankum-adjacent doom-folk coven — drones, dread, and gorgeous Irish gloom, traditional songs slowed to ritual pace.

ØXN is an Irish group working at the slow, heavy end of folk music, drawing on traditional Irish song and avant-folk approaches. Their arrangements favour drone, sustained harmonium and organ tones, and unhurried tempos, with traditional and older material reworked into something closer to doom metal in weight and pacing. The group shares personnel and sensibilities with the wider Dublin traditional-music scene that produced Lankum, and their work sits alongside that scene's interest in dissonance, extended song structures and the darker corners of the ballad repertoire.
