Central Cee is a rapper from Shepherd's Bush in west London. He built an audience through freestyles and singles before his 2021 mixtape Wild West, and works in a melodic strain of UK drill, delivering conversational verses over sparse, sliding basslines with an ear for hooks that carry beyond the genre's core listenership.
He has had several UK chart hits, including "Doja" and "Sprinter", the latter a collaboration with Dave that spent an extended run at number one in the UK. His verses often reference his mixed Irish and Guyanese background and life in west London.
