Alex Amor is a songwriter and producer who grew up in Glasgow before basing herself in London. Her music falls on the softer end of indie-pop, with synth textures and layered vocals framing lyrics that tend toward plain-spoken accounts of anxiety, friendship and self-doubt. She has released a run of singles and EPs independently, handling much of the writing and production herself, and her more recent work has leaned toward looser, more guitar-led arrangements with a country and Americana tint.
