Vegas post-hardcore that survived a frontman swap and a decade of scene churn intact — arena-scene hooks with a survivor's stubbornness.

Escape the Fate formed in Las Vegas in 2004 and became part of the wave of post-hardcore bands that broke through in the middle of that decade. Their music combines screamed and sung vocals, twin-guitar leads and choruses built for large rooms, sitting somewhere between metalcore and hard rock. The band's early recordings featured Ronnie Radke on vocals; after his departure Craig Mabbitt took over the role, and the group continued releasing albums with a somewhat more polished hard-rock leaning. Guitarist Bryan Money, later known as Bryan Money-Ellis, has been a constant presence. The band has remained active through repeated lineup changes.
